FEES IN CRIMINAL CASES
Fees in Criminal Cases are largely variable, and hard to quote over the internet. For that reason, we offer FREE CONSULTATIONS on ALL CASES so there is no risk to you to call our office. Having said that, in most cases we charge “flat rate fees”.
By that, I mean, we do not bill hourly fees and we pay, for the most part, our own expenses out of those flat rate fees. So you will know, from the beginning, exactly what you will pay for the representation that you will get from our office, to the penny. No hidden costs, or fees. No surprises later down the road. Everything is disclosed at the initial meeting.
While there are exceptions in all cases, fees applicable in most Misdemeanor and Felony cases usually range from a minimum of $750.00 and up, depending on a multitude of factors, including the following
- the complexity of the particular case;
- the seriousness of the offense;
- whether the case is in General Sessions, or Criminal Court;
- whether or not the case proceeds to trial;
- and, if so, how long the trial lasts.
There are, of course, other factors to consider when quoting fees that we will discuss in the free consultation. But suffice it to say that there is absolutely no risk in calling us to inquire about your case.
We take all forms of payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience. And, in some limited situations, (given the right set of circumstances) we offer payment plans to certain qualified clients.
